Registration Fee

The early registration fee, till Monday 21 June 2021, is EUR 725; the late registration fee is EUR 915.

The fee includes the prepublished Volume of Abstracts, refreshments (coffee breaks) and lunches on the four conference days (Monday through Thursday, 27-30 September 2021), the Welcome / Icebreaker (Sunday, 26 September 2021) and the Conference Dinner (Monday, 27 September or Tuesday, 28 September 2021). The fee will not cover hotel expenses.

No support for travel, no support for accommodation

Please note that the organisers cannot provide any support for travel and accommodation. Therefore please do not submit requests for travel and accommodation support.

Reduced conference fee for students

The reduced registration fee for students will be EUR 515. The payment of this fee must be received on Monday 21 June 2021, at the latest. After Monday 21 June 2021, the students pay the regular late fee (EUR 915).

Applicants should prove they are registered as regular students during the year 2021. The student fee applications should be received before Friday 14 May 2021.

Abstract submitters (students, etc.) will be notified by Organisers about acceptance of their abstract by Friday 23 April 2021.

The available number of reduced-fee for students is limited, to be accepted on the first-come-first-served basis (date of receipt of applications for support). Preference will be given to authors (students) presenting their work at the conference, by oral (platform) or poster presentation. Those whose abstract was accepted for presentation, please include in the application for reduced student fee also the ID number – for example #75 – of your accepted abstract. You can find the ID number of your abstract in the notification that you will receive from the Organisers by Friday 23 April 2021.

The applicants (students) will be informed by the Organisers – as to whether their request for the reduced student fee was granted – between Friday 14 May and Monday 31 May 2021. Once you have received permission for the reduced student fee, please register and pay the reduced student fee.
