karel.kovar@rivm.nl ; dico.fraters@rivm.nl ; esther.wattel@rivm.nl

The subject text of your email should be:

LuWQ2021, application for support, YOUR NAME

Applicants should proof they are registered as regular students during the year 2021, or academic year 2020-2021. The student fee applications should be received before January 1, 2021.

The available number of reduced-fee for students is limited, to be accepted on the first-come first-served basis (date of receipt of applications for support). Preference will be given to authors (students) presenting their work at the conference (platform or poster presentation). Those whose abstract was accepted for presentation, please include in the application also the ID number – for example #75 – of your accepted abstract, as you will receive it from the Organisers by 11 December 2020.

The applicants (students) will be informed by the Organisers – as to whether their request for a reduced student fee was granted – between January 1 and January 18, 2021. Once you have received the permission for the reduced student fee, please register and pay the reduced student fee.
